Nutrition is an important pillar along with other component for a healthy life. Conventional medicine is great for treating acute conditions, but fail us in treating and preventing chronic conditions; that is why I equipped my-self with a Masters Program in Clinical Nutrition from Roehampton University London. My aim is to spread evidence-based awareness and knowledge about a healthy lifestyle. I want to motivate and inspire people by giving them ideas about a balanced diet, stress management and physical activity as healthy eating is not about weight loss but it is the life style.

Being a Medical practitioner, and clinical nutritionist, I gained deep understanding of complex relationship between nutrition and health, and the range and potential of nutritional management to postpone or treat disease. I take the most Up to date evidence-based information and empowered you to make changes to your health and lifestyle via personalised nutrition coaching.

Since graduating, I regularly attend seminars and conferences to ensure my knowledge is kept up to date and to meet continuing professional development requirements. This is reflected in my practice which is always based on the most current guidelines, facts not fiction. I also wrote articles about women health like PCOS, Hypertension in pregnancy for NHD, the magazine for UK dietitians and nutritionist.
