I provide expert advice that enables you to make lifestyle changes and nutrition advice that enables you to take control of your health and feel energised, happy, and empowered.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Before the first consultation, I will provide you with a health and nutrition questionnaire and a 3-day food diary to complete. An initial take approximately 1 our online via zoom. This is where I dig deep to uncover the possible root cause and drivers behind any imbalance. We will look at areas including your current medications, diet, lifestyle regime and focus on what you want to do and get out of these consultations.

FOLLOW UP CONSULTATIONS

It is time to see how you have been getting on. These take 40-45 minutes online via zoom. The majority of people requires around 4 follow-up consultations, but this is different for everyone.

PROGRAMME DETAILS

Each programme includes :

Initial consultation 60 minutes

Follow up consultations 30-35 minutes 

Mini progress review call 15-20 minutes 

Your customised nutrition and lifestyle plan which will sent you after first session

Meal plan and recipe as needed 

Unlimited email support in between sessions
