This program require  weekly 30-minute follow-up call to track progress, addressing any questions or concerns, and provide onging support throughout this journey. In addition, yu will have access to worksheets and instructional videos that require an estimated 10-30 minutes per week

WILL I HAVE ONGOING SUPPORT DURING THE PROGRAMME?

During this 12 week journey, you'll have ongoing support from me, as your coach. I will be there to answer any questions and provide guidance and offer motivation and encouragement.

CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?
