Fish is an incredibly nutritious food, abundant in protein and heart-protective fats such as omega-3 fatty acids. Health experts frequently advocate for incorporating fish into our diets at least once or twice a week. This recipe is effortlessly healthy, needing just a few ingredients and minimal effort.

Grilled fish with vegetables is a heart-healthy meal choice for several reasons. Firstly, fish is a lean protein source rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are known to reduce inflammation and lower the risk of heart disease. Additionally, grilled vegetables add fiber, vitamins, and minerals to the dish, contributing to overall heart health.

Grilling requires minimal added fats compared to other cooking methods, keeping the dish low in saturated fat, which can elevate cholesterol levels. With antioxidants from both the fish and vegetables, this meal offers protection against cellular damage and supports heart health.
